Review of: Course objectives, content alignment, proof-reading for errors, validation of claims, timings. Does not include reviewing activities
Instrutor Guide Creation

A bespoke recorded "train-the-trainer" on how to deliver the course content.
Subject to review of content and agreement in sufficent level of quality.
Enablement Planning

Pre-agreed: scope / allowed resources.

Travel for In-Person On-Site activities
Most instructor-led activities have best engagement when everyone is in the same room. To help control costs, a fixed travel fee and a per-diem rate will be applied.

Do you only work with AWS?No. I specialise in AWS but routinely work with Microsoft and hybrid environments. The advice is cloud‑agnostic and tailored to your context.

Do you offer hourly consulting?No. I work on clearly defined, fixed‑price engagements so we can both focus on outcomes instead of the clock.

Can you work with clients outside Australia?Yes. Remote delivery is available globally. Onsite work is available in regions such as the US, New Zealand, and Singapore with travel‑inclusive packages.

How do you handle privacy and NDAs?Privacy is central to how I work. NDAs are standard, and any AI tools are used ethically — your data is not used to train public models.
